Mr. Moris Octopus Carpaccio is a delicate, wholesome and light speciality, ideal for hors d'oeuvres or quick main courses and a real delicacy. Octopus is rich in proteins with a high biological value and low in fat. It has a low calorie intake, making it suitable for low-calorie diets. It has significant amounts of iron, calcium, phosphorus and potassium. It is produced using mainly Octopus Maya octopus, to which only a pinch of salt and flavouring is added. The product is then marinated and finally packaged in a protective atmosphere that allows it to maintain the same fragrance and softness as the freshly sliced product.
